A friend recently directed me towards the following website:

What is great about this website is that it allows you to navigate historical maps by using modern technologies.
In terms of the maps themselves, they include the military maps from several different periods and also the cadastral maps, which shows the property lots. I'm not sure whether they have records that correspond to who owned these properties, but if I find those records, I'l update this post.
