I just saw this website that is dedicated to the historical documents of the military frontier:

It looks like the site is still being developed, but already it looks like it is very promising. I did notice that the Croatian version of the site is more complete. So definitely consider using google translate to just explore that side of it.
I'll post more as I find it on the website. In the mean time a big thanks to Alexander Buczynski, the man behind the project.
